Philosophy of the Desszert Szalon of Vác
- What we use: fresh materials of good quality. What we do not use: cream powders, synthetic semi-processed products, artificial food additives
- Our aim is to recreate and redefine the great traditions and tastes of Hungarian confectionery and reshape them in an innovative way. Beside innovation and tradition, we give a chance to old recepies as well.
- There are no codified rules: blending tastes, spices and exciting, innovative forms are the things that inspire us.
- The look and the serving is just as important as the harmony of tastes. Our style is characterised by clear, minimalist forms and simple components.
- By eating our desserts, we try to provide not only a culinary joy, but a combination of aesthetic, intellectual and emotional experiment as well. Eating by us means addressing all the senses.
- Our task and mission is to renew the Hungarian confectionery. That is why we try to give an example.
